Senior Frontend Developer

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to join our small, distributed team for a regular time commitment of at least 32 hours per week.

This role is not only about writing code. We are looking for someone responsible and proactive, who understands how to operate in a small software company where responsibilities are broader than in a typical corporate environment. You will be expected to take ownership, think beyond your immediate tasks, and contribute to the product as a whole. Roles like dedicated project manager or QA tester are limited, so collaboration and accountability are essential.

Multiple years of experience building applications with React is required. We work remotely and welcome candidates from anywhere, with a preference for developers based in Europe most of the time.

• write production code in TypeScript (strict mode)
• care deeply about code quality, maintainability, and correctness
• are comfortable taking responsibility for your work beyond just implementation
• can work independently while communicating clearly with a small team

Ideally, you also have:

• hands-on experience with MobX
• solid understanding of Clean Code principles
• knowledge of common design patterns
• some prior backend development experience

• maintain and extend our Backoffice application
• build lightweight applications that interact with our API

• contribute to architectural and technical decisions
